Status: Implementing Potential Resolution
Although increasing server capacity improved platform stability, intermittent service interruptions persisted. Our investigation has identified database connection handling as a likely contributing factor.
We have updated the application’s database connection settings to better manage connection usage and reduce the likelihood of connection exhaustion under load. These changes are now in place, and we are actively monitoring application health, database utilization, and error rates.
We will continue investigating until we have confirmed the underlying root cause and verified sustained service stability.
